Michele's incision - WARNING: GRAPHIC!

If you know our mom, you know she loves details! If this were her following someone else's blog, she would LOVE to see a good gruesome picture of the aftermath of their surgery. If you do not share her interest in this, we apologize!! But for all those who ARE interested, here is a picture of Michele's incision. It extends a bit further, both up and down. Pretty amazing what she has been through! And for all those who are disturbed by this graphic image - our apologies! :)

  1. Michele,
What a great relief it is to see you and read about your continuing successful recovery. We love you and deeply regret your heavy burden. I imagine your name has been placed on the prayer roles of many temples. We placed your name in the L.A. Temple right after we heard from Marsha about your and Craig's challenges.

You have now made it far enough so that you appear to have the strength and will necessary to fight this. I know your positive attitude and determination will allow you to look past the rigors of chemo-therapy and focus on the the goal of completing the treatment and the rejoicing that will come with it.

Craig, I will be happy to share anything with you about our experience with Ann as she had to endure the full blown chemo-therapy and radiation therapies. These truly can be blessed times in your lives as you dig deep into your testimony reserves and as you seek so hard to comfort and care for each other. This may be the most loving and binding experiences of your entire marriage as you seek to serve each other.

Michele, I am glad you still have your great sense of humor and decided to show off that Blue Ribbon scar. I seriously doubt anyone can top it.

You could have charged a dollar a click and made some serious money.

We will keep you in our prayers.
    Love,
    Rick and Ann Patterson
